The Chopra Foundation has supported scientific research that studies the effects of mind-body practices on health and wellbeing. These practices include meditation, yoga, breathing techniques, diet, massage and use of adaptogenic herbal supplements, plant fiber and ingestible oils. Our past studies have looked at Ayurvedic lifestyle approaches taught at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, and have documented health benefits within a few days.
