Main Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Must be between 23-65 years of age.

    2.  

  2. Must be a Chopra Center Employee.

    3.  

  3. Must be willing to comply with dietary changes.

    4.  

  4. Must be relatively healthy.

    5.  

  5. Must NOT be taking any recreational drugs.

    6.  

  6. Must be available for in-person assessments (blood draws, stool sample, questionnaires, etc.)
