Following are The Chopra Foundation policies governing conference registrations. Please read them carefully.

If you are unable to attend a conference, you may send another individual of your choice, provided we receive the transferee’s registration application at least three (3) weeks prior to the start of the conference.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All registration cancellations must be in writing and postmarked by February 3, 2011 (or delivered by facsimile or e-mail at the number and address below). A refund of the conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations that are received in a timely manner. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after February 3, 2012 (or if sent by facsimile or e-mail, received after February 3, 2012).

Permission to Use Photos, Audio, and Video of Attendees

By registering for Sages and Scientists, you agree to allow The Chopra Foundation to use any photographs, audio, video, and any other record of the event that includes you or a portion of you for any and all purposes including but not limited to in news media, websites, publications, articles, and marketing pieces.

Badges
All Chopra Foundation attendees are required to wear conference badges on-site at all times. Badges give you access to the Symposium. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have your badge at all times.

I have carefully read and agree to The Chopra Foundation’s policies and voluntarily sign this document. In consideration of the acceptance of my registration I hereby release and discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, The Chopra Foundation, The Chopra Center for Well Being, and all sponsors, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from, against, and for claims of damages, demands, liabilities, expenses, and actions of any type, arising out of my participation in this event.
